Our minimum is one hour. Most people save up a few small jobs and we knock them all out in one visit.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
Either. Small lists are usually hourly. Bigger projects get a flat written price before we start.
Do you do electrical and plumbing?
We handle fixtures, fans, faucets and toilets. For anything that needs a permit, we bring in licensed partners we trust.
How soon can you come?
Most jobs are scheduled within a week. Urgent repairs like leaks or broken doors are often same or next day.
